Is this program breaking adsense tos?

    http:// www. getpaid2search .com

    FAQ page:

"In one word - AdSense. As you may already know, Google allows website owners to display a search box on their webpage which allows searching the web with Google. When a user clicks on an advertisement on the search results page, the website owner's AdSense account is credited. This is called AdSense for search.
To put it simply, GetPaid2Search.com allows you to make money by signing up for AdSense and generating traffic to your search page. When an ad on that page is clicked, you'll get paid!
It's important to remember that although traffic is randomly spread across the network, members with more referrals and / or active members (those that use our search) will benefit from increased traffic to their search page (resulting in higher revenue potential)."

    However the main page says,

"Note: This site does NOT encourage you in any way to click on Google Ads. You will NOT be paid for clicking ads. Therefore, you should only click on ads that truly interest you."

It says it is a way of artificially generating traffic - NOT allowed.
Merely by putting the note at the bottom they are attracting attention to the ads - no doubt a deliberate ploy.

The name says it all, it is one of the many sites that try to fool Google and that eventually have been banned for this practice.

This is interesting. I'd like to know it too. It might be violating the TOS, but DP also uses sharing revenue and that's fine with google.

I wanna know what other members think about this one.

Right, and since it has Adsense on the page, it specifically violates the rule that you cannot place Adsense on sites that have:

If you really need to ask if it's allowed or not, consider it NOT allowed.
