Liquid chlorophyll? What's that for? I don't think it has any role in the human body.

I've heard of Spirulina before they say it helps you lose weight I have never tried it and I am not sure if it works. Garlic I guess has so many benefits.

I've taken Spirulina, a long time ago. I believe it contains quite a wide range of vitamins, minerals and amino-acids in roughly the proportion that the body needs them and in a pretty assimilable form. But I've also heard that generally blue-green algae are better to take than green algae (I think Spirulina is classified as "green algae"?). For what it's worth, I've also been told by people who know about these things that capsules or liquids are much better to take than tablets. With tablets, apparently, the problem is that how well they break down and give up their valuable contents inside you can depend on quite a few other things, such as what else you've eaten/drunk at the time, and so on.
