    Yahoo is 10 cents
    MS is 5 cents
    Adbrite is 5 cents

I am looking for sites with lower minimums than 5 cents. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Google AdWords has a minimum bid of $0.01 and you can see this when you go through the account set up process. However, AdWords will enforce a minimum bid for some keywords. For example, the minimum bid for "pay per click" is $0.10 and you pay per click ad won't be active until your bid is at least $0.10. I have a feeling that you will have a hard time finding a minimum bid at $0.01. I couldn't find one with a quick search.

As someone else mentioned, goclick.com has low keyword bids.

My results with goclick were mediocre. The traffic started out decent quality, and degraded over time (e.g. fewer and fewer conversions).

Too bad 99% of their traffic is bot traffic....

Can exoclick deliver any high/medium volumes of traffic?

Depends on what you mean by high volume but I'm pretty sure that we can delivre pretty high volume of traffic. :) Send me a PM or e-mail to sebastian .at. exoclick.com so we can talk about details.
