    Hey, I'm a beginner to websites and Adsense and would like some opinions on the layout of my site and its current use of adsense.

    The link is just below (Arsenal FC Blog)

    Cheers.

    Is this true? Does this mean that in Firefox the site does not view properly? I only use Internet Explorer so I was not aware of this. What should be done?

    Can you explain this? When I have placed ads in various places it has not had too much of a problem. At this point in time I haven't used too many ads because I don't really see the point (traffic is low). When traffic picks up I will place some more.

    Thanks for your help, any more tips?

    Okay I can't see the banner in firefox so that needs sorting...

    The adsense code needs changing a little (but check first you are allowed to do this) to make your links thinner

    google_ad_width = 200;

    make to

    google_ad_width = 130; or so

    Cheers

    Make sure you don't directly edit the code and to use the Adsense code generated directly from Google.

    How would I go about doing this?

    Trust me, I won't. I don't plan on getting a ban from Google for doing something so trivial. Again, how WOULD I go about thinning out the links without directly editing the code?

    You can't - Personally I think it will be fine as your just editing the width of it, and not altering anything major.

    Otherwise choose a different ad format.

    As for the header, i cant see the problem but it just doesnt load/is non existant. Try a different theme

    That is annoying because it loads perfectly well on Internet Explorer. Will have to have a think about this. Do most people now use Firefox? Therefore, does my site look underdone to most surfers?

    Also try putting horizontal text links instead of the ones that go over the edge
