I was just searching for some generic terms on Google and I cam across this. I don't know how the Sites get it done, but it looks cool when you search for something. :)

Look at the way the sections are displayed for the first result. Is this because of SEO, or what?
    Another Example :--

    Anyone knows the answer?? :)

This is not something new. It's how google displays results for authority sites. Search the forum for more details

"authority site" can have more than one context.

This only happens algorithmically. You obviously have to have the #1 position, but it appears the site requires a certain amount of "depth".

All the sites I have seen with a listing like this, all had loads of well organized content. My friend had one for his site, and then lost it when he implemented a php script that inadvertently kept robots from seeing past the root. He still has the #1.

How Google shows the regular snippet plus the additional 'useful' links from within the site is the subject of a recent Google patent application Systems and methods for providing search results if you are interested in knowing more.

Google consider that site as an authority sites. Maybe the inner page of that site also got the number 1 position.

thats not true. The main site has the number one. Google breaks down the site this way ALGORITHMICALLY! It means that the site has a lot of depth, and breaking it down like that helps the USER.

    Matt Cutts says so http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/ui-fun-better-snippets/
    Google says so: http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=47334&topic=8523

It floors me when people post absolute nonsense that contradicts what is already in the thread. Read more than just the OP!
