That I joined and can not post in the buy, sell, trade area of the forum until I have 25 posts. I really only joined for THAT part of the forum and I do not have 25 things to say on other topics just so I can post there sheesh.
I think you are forgetting you have to wait a week. I think it's stupid too. But I just read the rules.
And you have to be a member for 1 week or so also. But sure you have something to talk about here ? Go to "new posts" and contribute, maybe you will learn something also, but be very careful, its addictive.
Yea but if you "contribute" to much they might just ban you. My friend who was on this site says people get banned all the time.
25 Posts is really nothing, lots of great topics here, threads, even contributings, im sure you can find something that attracts you and respond appropriately.
I have been here for several weeks now, that is the sad thing lol I joined in February. I have browsed around but saw nothing that interesting to me personally and as I am an admin on a popular gaming forum I am certainly not going to direspect this one with 25 spam posts.

im sure the rule is in effect for a good reason. would you rather have quick access to the classifieds and get ripped off on the first day?
You can be ripped off at any time. Sure people should be able to post in BST but if they don't have good REP + Itrader don't deal with them. It's simple DP thinks it knows what is best for us and we are forced to listen.
As long as you use common sense you are likely to not get ripped off. I am confident that I would not get "taken" as even though I can not post I have observed members posts particularly the ones that do web designs and such so I now know which members to trust.
That doesn't mean no one else is going to disrespect the forum. Unfortunately not everyone can be screened 1 by 1 to see if they should have access right away that is why there are safe guards in place. On a side note, welcome and enjoy your stay
forget about the 25 posts, if you don't have proper itraders or repuation points, it won't be easy for you to manage some good deals! if you are really interested in the buy sell section, i strongly suggest to help others and get some reputaion points, that will help you a lot there! and i feel these posts should go in the suggestion section, rather than the general chat!
Thanks guys, I browsed around and actually did find a few topics that interested me. I am just a shy person and usually do not like talking to strangers online but it is not so bad I guess lol, maybe I can make a few friends even! Also, I was not making a suggestion, I was making a "general" complaint lol.
