    What makes you say that? It has bigweblinks at PS 4...so, it can't be more than a couple weeks since the last update... Currently it's PS 5 and 4.5 before that, but 4 was still not long ago...

    Ummm,what attracted me was http://www.elegantdirectory.com/ .It's been a PR6 for a couple of months,but I'm seeing a PR4...Probably he added some new sites but didn't update the old ones.

    I think --with 2 K budget it is possible to get very good PR6. But you must not follow only one or two list. You have to do a lot of research and find the best priced links --wait patiently to get good links --( cheap but durable). I guess --you can get 3 PR7, 15 PR6 -15 PR5, 15 PR4 links with that money and get a cool PR6.

    Here I am talking about long-term sustained links --not those monthly subscriibed ones.

    Anyway -best of luck with your new directory and wish you success.:D
