    not much...but its part of exchanging links as other webmaster sees that as one of the factors before exchanging links...

    yes PR still matters.It may not be updated very frequently but still it holds some value in exchanging links.SEOs may be interested less in PR but the client does count for it.

    I don't even bother myself thinking about PR but still I want to have PR and just waiting for PR update. But when it comes to link exchange PR is not important for me as long as the site has related content, higher backlinks and high alexa ranking.

    Do you mean toolbar page rank, the meaningless green bar sent to set us off course, or true page rank, the document weighting algorithm invented by Larry Page for indexing scientific documents which was later re-invented for the web? [yes, the 'page' in true 'page rank' comes from the name of it's inventor and has nothing to do with web 'pages']

    Either way - i don't care about either of them and I am an SEO specialist.

    Why don't I care?

    Simple - Tool Bar page rank has zero affect of SE positioning, true page rank is only 1 of over 100 factors that make up the SERPs; it relies blindly on links and take no account of more important SEO factors.

    If you've done all the other SEO stuff you can do and you're worrying about PR then stop - just spend that time getting good quality relevant links

    PR is standard, when you get high PR thats points your site is standardized very well, which reflect to the value of your site

    How do you measure page strength? page rank is the easiest way to judge a site if you ask me. But apparently there is a way to make a fake page rank? I dont get it
