Is there any service which will allow me to transfer funds from paypal to MoneyBookers ?

Paypal doesn't encourage exchange services, but you could head down to the B/S/T forum here where they are quite a few people who will be willing to help you- for a fee of course

 

i was thinking about the same, but then my paypal is unverified so i can't help it!

ya, go to the buy sell section, you will find many people there, in case you don't find one, pm me, and i will try to find him for you!!

 

MB or PP not allowed for exchange.
If you still want do it, dont put about " exchange PP to MB" or anything on notice payment.

I dont think there is any service,but u can also exchange this with any reputed DP exchanger.

how can i exchange with a member, i am not allowed to post in BST section.can any one help me. i need $35 in moneybookers , i can pay $40 by paypal. someome please help me its urgent.

 

yes u r new dats why r not allowed to start a thread in BST section,but u can always Post on the exchagers thread and also u can PM member for details.
