I need to sell stuff but have a credit card but no bank account anyway to do it ( Im 15 and my mom wont let me use her bank account) Is there any way to do this will VCC work for this

 

yes u can buy VCC and get ur paypal verified.

 

Which country are you based in ? Under whose name did you sign up for an account ?

 

vcc is not recomended, but then it works. you can buy a vcc and use it, if you get caught then you will lose all the money in your paypal account and the account will be banned.

but then see if money bookers is available to your country, as you can get verified with moneybookers with out the credit card.

though many people on dp are verified with vcc so you can try your luck, remember it is not suggested!!

 

How can they find if the account is verified by paypal or not?

You still must be verified by Wire Transfer (your name on MB and on Bank name must be same) for withdraw money to the bank or lift limit send money.

And also must be verified your address on MB accounts.

 

If you received fund from other paypal account, you will know if your buyer using verified account or not. See on detail transaction.

You also will know your buyer is confirmed address or not.

Not to offense anyone in any way here at all, I just think we should stop supporting VCC sales on DP.
Or stop complaining about becoming victims of Paypal fraud.

You are putting your future Paypal funds at risk of getting locked if using a VCC to verify it, beware.

 

Clive, it seems like we are broken records about this issue about VCC and those who intend to use it does not seems to care anyways. Let them taste their own medicine and hopefully they will wake up and smell their smelly socks.

 

save your types. those who use VCCs know exactly what they're getting into. they're jhust like the adsense-clickers.

Just looking for someone start a thread to say he got busted by Paypal because of using one of those VCC's. That day will come or we're too deep into fraud already.

 

anyway i reported this thread to Paypal. maybe they'll take notice.

 

A much needed clean up of the Paypal system should be in-placed. As it is, I feel very uneasy using it because of the number of frauds and fake verification, it is indeed sad that there are people now without morals.
