Withdrawing from unverified paypal by using XOOM

    can i withdraw from my unverified paypal account by using xoom in india. I have my bank acc. but i don't own a CC so that i am unable to verify my paypal account ? can i still get 90$ to my bank account by using Xoom ?

    second query

    if i verify my paypal account by using a VCC, then can i add another CC (which i may have later :D) and make all payments with that without verifying that card ?

    You can't withdraw funds to India using Xoom until and unless you get the Paypal verified.

    Secondly, you can always add the CC and make whatever payments you feel like to anyone around the world even after you have used the VCC to verify Paypal.

    Verify your account using VCC and you can trasnfer yoru money to xoom.

    You can send your money to xoom without veryifying. I have also do so. It is not necessary to verify.
    But keep in mind one thing you can't send more than 100$ in a year through unverified paypal account.

    Xoom is completely legal for Indians to withdraw their Paypal funds.

    For "unverified" Indian accounts $100 is the yearly limit if you are using Xoom.

    Use a VCC to verify your paypal account and then just transer via Xoom to your bank account :)

    does anyone consider using paypal exchange with egold ?
