How do I improve SEO and meta relevance for my site?

    DomainTools suggests that my seo score for my webpage is now at 94%. However, the meta relevance is only at 25%. How can I solve this problem? How can I get higher PR from google?

    Description: Description relevancy to page content is very poor.
    The Description relevancy to page content is 39%.
    Keywords: Keyword relevancy to page content is terrible. However, this is not necessarily bad if you have a lot of content. The most important factor is to have your keywords on the page a few times.
    The keywords relevancy to page content is 23%.
    Robots: The Robots meta tag contains no errors.
    This tag contains 18 characters.
