    I am looking to get around 6-8k for it.
    Constant flow of traffic, I only pay $15.00 a month in advertising.

    The server its on is paid for 1 year.

    It will also come with an affilate site, that gets around 500 uniq. a day.

    BIN is $500 for each. No revenue statements, just as is, based on domain, and age.
    If you want a revenue break down over the last 3 years, the price will be 3x yearly.
    Basically, you need to make 10 sales from the sites to recoup your investment.
    That is a no brainer for most webmasters.

    Great sites if you know and have time for Adwords, Adsense and other marketing, which I don't.


    and I also have 2 employment/resume sites for sale.
