Strange, one of the ones that have been submitted to mine I had to add by hand as well.

 

You have to enter your primary email in admincp and if you add new email in your paypal account and then enter it in admincp it wont work..

Strange..It was not working for me when i was using another email but then i entered primary email and it worked.Also, make sure ipn is enabled.
