Can I have "007" in my domain name?

    Why not ? As long as you do not claim to be James Bond or make anything to that nature. It is afterall just a number.

    having a number as a part of a domain name is not prohibited. Good luck for your new domain name!

    Unless you're passing your site off as an official Bond Movie site or something then there shouldn't be any problem.

    I dont think they can own a set of numbers, can you imagine if I claimed exclusive rights to the number 6?

    Currently USPTO doesn't grant trademark registrations to numbers. What they
    can do is issue such to a combination of letters and numbers like 7 eleven.

    Of course, that's just USPTO. Other trademark offices in other jurisdictions do
    not have to see it the way they do.

    Considering it is 2007...you should be okay.

    But, if your site is about a spy or James Bond there may be reason for concern.
