The design is okay, for the bright lime green bar: I would change the green to a lower tone like your font's title.. its hard on the eyes.
I agree... I myself do not fancy the design either.. Its a bit weird Kind of disturbing.. A little bit to crowded also, but everything else seems to be in the right order... Keep it up.. Regards!

I like the colours you have used, I love the skin. The red writing is a bit of an eye saw, maybe change that!
