    I would say high xx simply because it has two adjacent, identical letters in the beginning and it has a "u". If branded/developed though, it could make up for its short-comings.

    You got Three Premium Letters - Two "O" & One "H" and you have One Semi Premium Letters - One "U"! Since it's pronouncable IMO, Mid $xx Now, but in the next year when the remaining LLLL.com's are Regged, it will be worth Low$XXX!
