    Its Majin Buu from the Dragon Ball Z anime series. Obviously a villian. Uses the head tail to turn beings to chocolate :).

    not too bad, i like cartoons. i thought it is some kind of edited verson of the famous series tintin, but then, i have not heard of this cartoon yet!
