Never get discouraged - you will always succeed if you keep going. There is always a way.

Where there is a will there is a way. It is your most important weapon above all technical crap and tips - and it's free.

Since your site seems pretty useful I will let you post a blog entry at www.icooltools.com with a link in it. It's PR4 and will go under the cool sites section.

You will need to write it yourself - I will edit it for spelling and grammar etc

PM me the details. I won't charge you for it. Helps me by adding some content plus you get the link.

PM if interested in the help.

If the articles are reprintable then they likely exist on the web already and so google may not give you any link juice there. Best to focus on writing original content if you have time, otherwise you can find many sites on the web that offer cheap writing services. I'm sure there would be members here who would write articles for a few dollars a go.

You should concentrate more on your site traffic. Try to get more targeted traffic in your site.

It depends on the number of backlinks depending on their PR. :)

Keep building links to improve your PR in the next PR update.

It seems like that you are already doing a great job and it also seems that you have a good amount of traffic coming in which is great. High PR does not really mean everything in the world. In fact, try to forget about PR and learn to turn your website from a good website to a GREAT website. Webmasters of large websites do not really need to do a lot when it comes to linkbuilding because in a way or two, people are already linking to you via articles, on discussion boards, forums, blogs you get the point right?

You can find some great resources here in DP. Digital Points is a GREAT place to find other webmasters looking to exchange links and in some cases, even offering free high PR links. The Solicitations and Announcment section is a great place to keep visiting and getting more links :)

Forget about the current PR of sites linking with you. A site PR0 today could be PR5 in a couple of months! What I have learned here so far is that SEO is a never ending job. It's not just a technique, it's an art and we got so many digital artists here who are providing you with some greattttt tips. Follow what the majority says and give it some time. Things WILL happen... trust me :)

See, you have to ask yourself a simple question. Why do you want high PR? Is it because you want to have more reciprocal links? Do you want to sell links on your website? If you want to get higher PR and if u want to do that quickly, then start buying links. Buy some juicy high quality PR7 links and bamm, you got it (well hopefully lol).

I for one never judge a website based on its PR becuase I know that it's PR4 today but tomorrow it could be PR6 or even higher. I judge a website based on it's content, user-friendly format, content again, how fast it loads and again content.

Why do we love DP? Because it has a high PR? (yeah well that too hehe) but the fact that this is without a doubt one of the BEST places on the internet where you could find help and expert advice. I keep reading threads after threads, I see so many people asking the same questions that I would want to ask or the questions that even I didn't think of, I enjoy hanging around DP and checking what's new in the world of Search Engines and how people are adapting to the ever-changing world of SEO. Make your site worthy of visiting again, webmasters, bloggers and other sites will start linking to it.

To get higher PR, you may wana put RSS Feeds, submit your articles/reviews to high PR sites like DIGG, REDDIT, NETSCAPE etc, they bring not only some good amount of traffic but also carry a healthy PR weight (after some time of course). Submit your articles to article directories like ezinearticles etc etc. Let people reprint your articles with your due credits, that also helps achieve high PR. You might wana start a Google or a wordpress blog about your website. Many peopel do that but be careful, don't spam your blog. Submit to free directories... It's all about link building :D

    G'luck!
