    Dear DP friends,

I am in process of luanching bunch of mini sites. For those sites I want hosting. Right Now I have 6 major sites and using Godaddy. But for mini sites I want to use more cost effective solution which have these stuff

    1. 5 to 10 MB space
    2. Atleast one Database

Please suggest a good and reliable host and any solution.

I'd go with the shared package on hostgator.com ,which costs me around $15/mo.(unlimited domains and unlimited db's)

I would also recommend hostgator. I have one of their plans for all of my sites.

I would say that HostGator fits perfectly :)

I am hosting more than 5 sites in one single account for $10/month :D

There is a facility at Hostgator.com named "Baby"..it has

    100 GB space
    1000GB data transfer
    unlimited sub domain
    unlimited FTP account
    unlimited domain hosting

Does this mean I can host 100 domain names on this one account with 1 GB space.

What is the difference between "Swamp" and "Baby" plan.

I currently use hostgator for their smaller hosting plans, and like the others mentioned, they are very good.

But I'd like to point out that even though they offer an unlimited plan it's just overselling. But in your case, you probably won't have a problem.

I host my HTML mini sites with free hosts like atspace.com or freehostia.com.

I'm not sure what kind of database do you need?
