MFA sites. Are they considered MFA?

    Are sites like

    http://www.11topsites.com
    http://www.top-50-sites.com/
    http://www.5-top-sites.com/

Really legit in google's eyes? They all of content on the bottom of their pages (except 11topsites.com). Do you think google would ban those type of sites?

What I'm trying to say is, in google's point of view, do those websites violate the part of the TOS that says " no website be have ads on pages ment for displaying ads".

Yep, these would probably be banned by Google once they discover them, however it seems as though there are a hundred of these put up for every one that is banned.

It seems like a terrible waste as it is so easy to put up sites with content, I am not sure why anyone bothers to do this. I suppose it must pay off or we wouldn't see so many of them.

    Just my 2 cents.

They probably don't make enough revenue for Google to care.

In the strict sense of the definition and TOS, yes, but I suspect that that transgression is the one that is easiest to get away with. Google doesn't have the manpower to police all the sites, and second, I think there has to be something else to get the ban.

For me, I'll say that's MFA if it's looks spammy enough.

    with a google PR0

yea sure they are making lots, i guess a bot has been used to make the alexa rank. all you need is a script and toolbar.

2,708 ranking seems high. I wonder how do they get those traffic. Purely from SE?

Uhm they buy the traffic for cheap. No need for link building...
Why would they fake an alexa rank anyway?
