because its not been mentioned on any sort of industry related site or blog worth its salt. Don't you think this sort of stuff would be noted on yahoo blog, jensense, wmw etc?
I too can make post like this on my blog and create a thread here and a lot happened in the past! The only thing to believe is Yahoo have to announce in their site or blog...
Its just a another rumor that was put out by people that watch this forum...then they laugh at how many "YPN GOES INTERNATIONAL!!" threads are started.
So many people are search the web about when the launch date is that it is actually pretty smart to write some bs posts about it on your blog to create some nice traffic to it.
YPN is not going international, so stop thinking about it. people will blog what ever they want to.........so stop wondering . each time i see a thread like this, i just open it with a feeling of happiness and end up dissapointed!
Now, why would a reliable source at YPN reveal that the rpc would be much lower than Adsense? If they are going public, they would hype the program to gain more publishers or to lure publishers away from Adsense. This is obviously a blog from someone trying to get attention. And what better way to do it then to spread rumors.
SCAM! That's probably your forum and your post! You want us to go there and watch your boring ads. COme on man, GET A LIFE! YPN will probably not go international for another 2-3 years!
I have some 'inside' information that Yahoo is reviewing its European advertising and publishing policies. I think that within the next 3-6 months they'll start doing more in Europe, possibly YPN.
I wrote this article a while back about saving your ypn account from getting banned by using an IP based algo. Yahoo said it was fine as did google. I use it on my blogs but maybe you can use it elsewhere. http://www.erikvossman.com/2006/10/...lisher-network-ypn-account-from-being-banned/ Hope it helps.
The day YPN will go international would be the day that none of use currently on here will need to use it because some of us have either failed or we will also be earning a better income elsewhere. Some of us may even have our own contextual ad network by the time it goes international the way things seem to be going. lol
