why godaddy do not allow godaddyxxxxxxx.com domains?

    hi,
    i wanted to buy godaddyxxxxxxx.com from godaddy,but dont allows me.can i register it any other registrars?
    what is the legal issue for this?
    Can godaddy get-back my domain ?

    Godaddy can get back your domain and sue you because GoDaddy is a trademark so go elsewehre to register it and get ready for legal action as it was already said.

    Of course we should state that a trademark is registered and protects specific business categories. If you have for example a business with child care and your name is GoDaddy you can co-exist with the domain name company GoDaddy (if of course they didn't fill that category before you at their trademark application)
