We could do a DP member lottery, how it would work?
we all buy tikets lets say 3 max per person at 1 USD per ticket paid with paypal
then there is first and 2nd price so it splits 85% to winner and 15% to the second place, that would b coooool, thats would generate intrest

 

DP is definitely a place for the lottery... whos going to take in all of the cash? Paypal fees!

I've never heard of e-cops before, wish we had them since there are so many scammers out there... but anyways, starting a lotto.. isn't there legal stuff to this as well? Its not that easy..

I hope that there are never e-cops. They'd probably inspect your website and switch your pub-id on your Adsense.
