You've got 4 standard Adsense units on the page, a breach of Google's TOS.

 

The menu is appearing through an Iframe and is actually on a seperate URL. I spoke to a rep when we were creating it and were given the ok on it.

You seem to not understand the concept of what it is that I am offering, which is a turnkey startup web site that is ready for the new owner to take over, promote, and make money off of.

What do you mean by "develop" it? When I started there was a blank screen. The site was "developed" with my own two hands. There are many hours of labor that took place. It is a web site that I "developed" to sell. The price is more than fair.

Or by "develop" do you mean create a ton of backlinks, get the PR ranking up there, submit it to dozens of search engines, and make a huge monthly revenue?

If your definition is the later, then I will no longer be offering a turnkey startup site and the price would be significantly higher.

The site runs on very very little bandwidth. None of the videos are housed on my server. They are all being pulled from other servers and therefor the video plays no part in your bandwidth costs. Also, there are no scripts that bog down the server. The site is pure HTML.

 

How hard is it to edit the site? And can more feeds be put in it? I am taking it these are free feeds?

The site is made using simple HTML. Adding new channels is a breeze if you have basic HTML knowledge. If you don't then we can help with the adding or removing of channels.
