I had vegemite and Smiths Crisps on white bread during Primary School. Then I had Corned Beef and Pickles through High School.

School Dinners - Britain is renowned for its school dinners (called dinners, even though it's technically lunch). Usually consists of something fried, chips (fries) and beans. Usually desert is something instant out of a packet. Mmmmm.

I usually took a 'mum made' lunch to primary school (e.g Vegemite sandy and an apple) - but sometimes we had 'lunch orders' from the local milk bar and I'd get a Four'N Twenty Pie and a Big M - I used to take the lid off the pie and eat the guts, then eat the empty pie pastry :p What a treat.
