A organiser is also a sponser in these meets because the members who attend just pay the entry fees to the conferance hall and we need to pool in the gifts, pool parties & other ___ expenses If you are ready to put in around 1-2k$/meet i will get in talk with the other organisers about your entry. Also you need to take care of many responsibilities and have tonnes of work load too Amit
