I have two questions, if u dont mind
1- when you hired the first writer, you told him or her how to do the research job or he began searching for information by his own?
2-dont you ever think in editing some kind of magazine or so to earn more money from another resource? you can promote it in you blog

Once you get into a routine it doesn't take that long to check sites and write gadget posts. I'm finding it much more time consuming but equally enjoyable writing about my experiences on SMM. I am also now taking on more writers for CG so that I can start managing more rather than posting. This will reduce my profit but free up time to make profit else where.

1 - I was very lucky with my first paid writer (found via DP), she researched everthing her self.
2 - I'm always looking for other revenue sources and business ideas, I must admit I've never considered a magazine.

 

So what do you suggest? One big site or several. What is the best way to a long-term success?

Thanks for your answer. I recently began to work with writers... but I asked them to write long articles, and it takes too long for them. Your CG has 76700 pages in Google!! that is too much for 18 months! An average of 142 written pages by day (including of course saturdays and sundays)

Woah thats crazy! Good work! Im so annoyed I got banend from google adsense about half a year ago, I know I could be making somegood money with it now, Im not even sure why they banned me!

 

In reality, I doubt if he has that many pages. Sometimes, these numbers are off.

Yes, Google shows me 115K indexed pages but the number of posts on CG = 5217 whats mean 9-10 posts every day for the last 18 months!

 

That is very good! I am sorry to say that I barely make $50 a month . I plan to start a site up soon though, but I am looking for a good partner. I know what I am doing for the most part, would just need the marketing help, etc.

 

Could u pls suggest me how many traffic you are getting daily??

The number of pages written and the number of pages indexed are 2 totally different figures. There's around 3000 unique posts on the site, some off which appear on many indexed pages (see this $5,000 post)

I have around 20 sites in various niches, my most profitable is gadgets.

Yes I've learnt loads from here

From browsing mainly, well for me anyway.

I don't focus on any particular keywords, just write naturally and let the nature of search engines take their course.

You are right! Many of the "indexed pages" that appear in Google are search results...
Your site is linked by many web sites...do u work hardly doing link exchange or not?

I needed to find some inspiration on Adsense today. Seems whatever I do results in a downturn of revenue.
