the only thing I can think of that i might have done wrong is your supposed to enter in your epassporte card name. I assume that means the name you put on the card, but maybe it's supposed to be the card number? do you know sunchy? Still haven't heard from my AM sent out another email and left a voice mail today.
hmmm.... you must give your epassporte name on your credit card and epassporte user ID (id that you use when you login to epassporte)
did you guys get paid yet today? they finally got back to me and said i should have gotten it either yesterday or today. Still don't see anything. Genbucks paid me through epassporte, so i know my account is fine.
Is the account you got your Genbucks in the account that RXPayout setup for you? I called ePassporte about some of the features of the account and they explained to me that the RXPayout accounts were special in some way. The RXPayout accounts all have affiliate numbers and IDs in the form "affxxxxx". is your account ID in this form? The other thing I found is that the telephone support from ePassporte is very good. Have you tried phoning them? BTW I got my weekly payment in my ePassporte account yesterday. Right on schedule as usual.
hmm rxpayouts never gave the option of setting up an account for me. I actually had an epassporte account before i signed up with them and entered in my info when i signed up for rxpayouts. Maybe i'll try calling epassporte, thanks for the info.
shahab6 when did u receive payment? was it today april 8th? and were you paid with epassporte? just wondering because i still havent received any payment yet and i was wondering if they were delayed.
Still no payment, no word from rxpayouts. I'd normally be very alarmed and sending angry emails at this point, but since of lot of dpers have been paid consistently i'll assume they're having some sort of screw up and be patient. If it goes the full month without payment, then that will be another story.
Ya its very weird they usually pay on time, this is the first time they missed my payment. I sent them an email and called them. Im guessing its cause of the holidays but it does say in cartadmin that payment has been sent but there is nothing in my epass account. does yours say payment sent also?
and for me also same thing first time that missed my payment but I think that is because of the holidays
phew i thought i was the only one, makes me feel a little better now. Hopefully they will pay us today. If they get back to me ill update you guys on what they say.
i hear you, i sent them tons of emails and even called them. Not sure why they arent replying. i hope they didnt block me lol they said on cartadmin that wires are delayed 1-2 days so maybe epassporte will be the same which technically means that tomorrow will be the 2nd day late so payments should be made out tomorrow (tuesday) im hoping and if not then im assuming they will make last weeks payment and this weeks payment all together on the 12th or 13th of this month and if they dont pay on those dates then well i guess that is a whole new problem all together. Thats at least what i think!
