Google Boycotting Easter?

Why is the internet giant not celebrating easter? For every major holiday they change their logo, but today nothing... what gives?

 

Yeah i thought i'd see an egg or something for the O

 

Did they do it last year? I can't recall (nor do I take that much notice )

hmm I don't see one either, its somewhat of a commercial holiday too (so not toooooooo religious, they could have just placed up eggs and bunnies), maybe tomorrow?

 

This might be a bit offensive to other religions. That is why, I think, Google stays away from religious holidays.

 

That makes good sense and is a good reason but they did one for Christmas i think

 

I was expecting to see some easter bunny playmates in the logo

 

Interesting that so many companies market Christmas but when it comes to the holiday that celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ, they shy away from it.

Personally, I am glad they didn't take the bunny and egg route.

 

I bet there are easter eggs...go find them.
