Whats a person to do if they don't get there goods

I bought and paid for 2 articles which I was originally told it would be one week and I would get them back it has now been about 3 weeks the last pm I recieved said I would get them in 2 days it has gone past that by 4 days and I am now not getting any response from the person, any suggestion on what to do or should I just get my money back thru paypal

 

Already 3 weeks? I would file a refund via paypal... if you wait any longer it'll past 30 days, then you can't file one..

 

I ordered them on March 16 that why I was asking as it doesn't look like I am going to get them

 

I would file a dispute on paypal, this will alert them... you will either get your money back or they will send you the articles..

 

just give bad rep and attempt to chargeback as they are saying.

 

Ok I filed a claim thru paypal but I don't know how to give bad rep yet I guess I will search the board to find out

 

I think the claim is enough for now, wait until they... contact you with an explanation or refund. And then you can always rep later (this would be a negative itrader, you need to go to your deal thread to do this)
