What percent does google pay?

    im sure it was 30% google 70% us, but then a few days ago someone posted it was 50-50, so im not sure

    approximately 50, it varies though from about 40-60. they don't submit exact amounts.

    It changes based on how your ads convert, just as the amount that advertisers get charged changes. No-one really knows what percentage we get due to google smart pricing. personally I am against this lack of transparency.

    I agree. You rarely get paid $3 per click (usually $1) for a keyword advertisers $5.

    They payout an average of 78.5%. That comes directly from their public SEC Filings. Now their premium publishers may get a slightly higher percentage, and regular publishers a slightly lower figure, but the total average is 78.5% paid to publishers. All regular publishers get the same percentage.

    I would guess its more like 5% to 10 %, google does not have all that cash to pay share holders by luck!

    what i'll wager is that google pays their publishers on a sliding scale, depending on the quality of the website and the traffic. a very highly trafficked website will probably receive higher income share, because it's in google's interest to keep these publishers from other competing services.
