I've tried to visit PayPerPost (http://www.payperpost.com/) a few times in the last couple of days, and I'm getting a "Server not found" message every time. Did they go belly up?

hehe...it is down for me. I can't seem to make a single dollar with them. It seems you have to write a post first for the companies to review it before they can consider you for writing the articles? Am I getting that correct?

If your blog is approved, then you can start taking oppurtunities. Once you take an oppurtunity, it will be reviewed and if approved, you should receive payment in 30 days.

Weird. I tried again and got another "server not found" message. Then I tried it with an anonymizer and it came up fine.

Thats probably it, or maybe the website blocks a range of IPs. However it came up fine for me as well.

The whole IP blocking issue occurred to me, but it doesn't make sense. I live in the US, so it wouldn't be a country block. I use Comcast cable for my ISP, and Comcast blocking PPP's site doesn't make sense. Then there's the possibility of PPP blocking my IP address, and since I've never done anything but visit the site once to review their options, I don't see that as likely.

    It's just weird.

Where in the US? Perhaps Google had them blocked in your county.

    Works fine in Fairfax.

I hope so - you'll not find a less ethical paid to post service.

Ethical is a company that will still pay you for writing an honest review, even if that be negative. PPP frequently tell their publishers to write positive reviews of shit products and services - some mercenaries/poor bloggers have no option but to do this because of the dire number of offers they are eligible for.
