I bought a program for my computer and it was not as advertised. I was the only one who bought it and i paid with google checkout. is there anyway to open a dispute or get my money back? i have tried emailing this guy i bought it from about 5 times, even with different emails and he is ignoring me. i paid 50 dollars with my debit card.

contact google checkout & open a dispute also explain them ur problem.

how do i file a chargeback with googlecheckout? Is it similar to paypals chargeback system? Where do i go and how do i start? I cant find it anywhere.

 

Ask your bank or your CC company.
This is how it works.
Let's say you buy a brand new laptop. You buy it with your CC.
You receive the laptop, fantastic,brand new and you're happy.
Now it's time to contact the CC company or bank and ask for chargeback.
You get the laptop and your money back. No questions asked...
