how can i get a blog that doesn't have any kind of bar on top of the page. Is it free? does it require any sort of skills? thx

 

You an use Wordpress and choose a suitable template.

you can remove that bar if you using FTP clint for your blog ( your own domain name ) or you have to use this code..

Try using the code given by leandar. I don't think it's againts the TOS as you only make it invisible. I used to "remove" the nav bar in my old blogger.

I guess he is talking about header bar not "nav bar" if he is talking about Nav Bar then the code above will remove the nav bar.I prefer hiding the nav bar like on my blog which won't b against GOOGLE TOS also..

 

WP doesn't support adsense unless you're using your own domain. I guess he wanted to put adsense on his blog.
