    Ill transfer the domain for free when applicable of course.

    You are incharge of transferring it to your host, ill help you of course.

    So you let the buyer download all files and then he can upload it on his server? Can the buyer transfer the domain to another site then the one you registered the site wth? Is the arcade license a lifetime license? If yes I offer $50.
