Do I need to ask Google what's happening here? Or is it possible that some clicks are worth nothing at all? Are Google's own ads worth $0.00?
It's best that you notify Google about it. I always did report any suspicious activity, and I ended up just fine.
I bet they are public service ads. I have seen clicks pay as low as 1/2 cent a click. I would say that many clicks and no money your site has keywords that are not showing any paid ads.
hahaha..wow. what a joke. that happened to me a few days in a row. i would gladly pay $.04/visitor from a site of my caliber that i had the ad on haha. it's nice to see someone else experienced this also though.
Adsense is turning into a giant joke. Honestly, I don't even use it anymore, I've moved on. Google has gotten so big, they feel they can push their publishers around, and give them nothing. Odds are Adsense will do more harm that good for your site, so I recommend switching to a different program. I won't tell you what website I use, due to the advertising rules on this forum, but you can just search for one yourself. Or if you're really interested in what I found to be the best alternative, just shoot me a PM.
I am actually removing all adsense from my site due to the low amount of money it makes. Let's see, I give thousands of visible "Brand Impressions," hundreds of click-throughs....and pennies to show for it. Not worth the visual sacrifice to me imho. Guess I need to grow a bit bigger before I get the traffic necessary to reel in the adsense revenue.
