Recently I found out that topix.com was sold for $1,000,000. What do you think of it? I think it might be a bit too much.
I have come across with men.com sold for $1.3 million recently. He only paid $15000 in 1997 and what a profit in about 10 years. I like to own such domain. One should be enought for me.
Well, there is no value to domain names. The only value like they say is in the eyes of the beholder.

Recently Buckhead.com was sold for $250,000 and I am wondering why it is so expensive. Why is Buckhead.com so expensive? Alexa ranking was 4,255,394 . Why people willing to pay that amount of money?
I've seen some good-looking domains being sold for $10-20 here at DP. Also there is a great number of web-sites specialized for domain sales where hardly one $20 bid is placed.
Recently Greeting.com was sold for $350,000 . I previously thought -ing domains are not worth much. But now the domain sale came surprised to me.
Nothing is over price and nothing is under priced. The value of a domain is in the eye of the beholder.
Buckhead is an exclusive shopping and residential district in Atlanta, Georgia. My guess is it will be used in some way related to the area or township.
I found out that Jewelers.com was sold for $150,755. Do you think it is worth registering jeweler with other extensions like ccTLD?
Probably not. You can always speculate, but I don't think you'll find a "gem" extension. Yeah...see what I did there?
