1. I have had the site for a couple of years. It's a no brainer, and I don't do any promotion. Yes SEO has been done, and it is in Linking Network, but it converts.
Just about anything diet converts, and Hoodia is not an unheard of product.
Anybody with some time and knowledge will be able to increase the traffic.

2. It's not an auction. I will sell to the first buyer or first reasonable counter offer.

3, Duh. It's an affiliate/drop ship site. I'm not selling my design skills here. I am selling an aged site that has been online for a few years, that sells a hot diet product.

$. No revenue statements, because I am not asking for (X times $) , just a flat rate, as is, or reasonable offer.

IMO, any webmaster worth his weight in coffee should be able to convert decent on anything that sells, weight loss, grow hair, stop smoking, and penis enlargement.

I can safely say I have made more from it than I am asking.
I am not avoiding the revenue question, but it is not part of the sale. What I make is not going to determine if you will do the same. You could be an expert webmaster and make tons more than I did with it, especially since I haven't had time to promote it.
It is as is. I would think that anyone who runs any sites that make money other than adsense, can look at it, see where it is, what it sells, and can tell what they can do with it, and understands that the fact that it is already running for 3 years is a plus.
