Looking for Header Graphic for Affiliate Website $25

Im looking for a clean Header graphic for my new website dealing with beginner affiliate tips called affiliate101.info. I am open to any color scheme, but the rest of the requirements are as follows:

1. Size- 800X100

2. Header must contain a logo, font, and possible graphic.

3. Of coarse...this header must relate to affiliate marketing.

Thats about it....you guys have alot of leeway to play with on this one.
