sorry for type this is not .COM this is .ORG i got approach by one individual who wants to sell very good domain name 3 letter .org, he wants a little less then $8k 3 letter domain no numbers alexa rating says no raiting i did search for XXX on google, google returned nearly 600,000 but if i do xxx.org it returns so little its not even funny what do you guys think? how much 3 letter domain usually worth?
It very much depends on the 3 letters. For example, sex.org would cost more than lets say ood.org It's the same as with domains that have numbers and letters mixed. It is how the domain looks to the customer/visitor. edit; you should probably get a human appraisal of the domain, check it's page rank if it has one, stuff like that to see if it's worth it.
3-letter .org would be $300 - $1000 unless "extra special"; for 8k it would have to be something really special IMO
