Looking for Designers to do this for me?

    Hello, I'm looking for designers to make a logo like this with the word, "MTD" I like how she drew the guy holding a barbell, representing the letter "T" My site is a bodybuilding and fitness community. I want something creative or better than the attachement below.

    The text color must be in this color: #FFA500 and #000000 to match the style of my site. If you have no idea what my site looks like, visit www.musculartrainingdevelopment.com

    I prefer the logo to be at 200x70 px

    Please send samples of your work to me, this means..the actual "MTD" logo. If I like it, I will buy it. If you dont' feel comfortable put a watermark or label it "Example."

    You must be willing to release PSD's.

    I'm offering $25 dollars for the design.
