Two Phpfox Sites For Sale with 40,000 member database

    I have two phpfox sites im putting up for sale , the one ebayersonline.com is being built as we speak but i have no time to finish adding all the mods or the 40,000 member database that I got from a dating site. i did check some of the email addresses to make sure they are live people and 60-90% of the members were able to be reached. So when the site is finished you can just contact them through the site and let them know to update there account.

    Both the sites run the v1.1 version and need to be licensed yet something that i just did not get around to doing because i was not done with the one.

    The sites im selling are:

    www.ebayersonline.com
    www.thextube.com
    www.flagleronline.net

    All sites took alot of time to build and need someone who can take the time to run them they are ready to go .

    I have over 100 mods that can be added to the sites if they dont have them on there as well.

    No i dont you will have to pay for a license which as most know is $39 per month or one time fee of around $300.

    Dont you sell databases? So you had some database you put it in a website you bought with a script you dont even have the licens for and now you want some one to buy it....nice...

    No i bought the scripts , added a dating database of users that i purchased, took the time to build and add all the mods, and even advertised the site, bought traffic and even have some real members who use the site. it took months to build www.thextube.com, many more months to build flagleronline.net and was in the process of building www.ebayersonline.com.

    The databases are a very small part of the websites. Anyone who knows how to market these sites should be able to make alot of money , one is very unique as no other social site is using the same niche and i know for sure no one has one site geared towards the ebay community and the other is one i built for a local community .

    It takes months to build these sites atleast it did me as im a newbie to building them and it cost me alot more than what im sure i have to sell them for.

    I had a license but phpfox changed the rules a bit to not allow you to install and build the sites up any longer using domain names, they changed it so that you can now only use sub folders or sub domain names to build up the sites.

    I already started to build these sites before they changed the rules .
