    I want to setup a company in india. Please provide info about where can I start with? Where can I register my company?

    You have to first find a name for your company which is generic and not yet registered. Then go to the site : http://www.mca.gov.in/ and fill in the forms required. Go to nearest registrar and submit it. You need at least 3 months to get your company registered.
