    Manage.SnapNames.com charges 100000USD per domain. so huge, why they charge like that or i missunderstanded.

    because i need to buy few domains registerd their

    They only do this to prevent registration in their service.
    Since snapnames only their interfaces for managing domains, they don't register.
    Registration are only provided by their snapback partners.

    Easy way of saying it:
    Snapname is a backordering service, not a domain registrar.
