Urgent - Received payment but not listing information ??

Today i received a paypal payment of $10

From Latitude Group Limited -
Paypal title says - Link to http://www.transforminglives.co.uk

But when i login my phpld admin - I see no listing information
How can this happen, because payment page comes after submission forum.

I just mailed back to the mail.

 

May be after he submitted the link, you webhost restored a few hours old backup. I am not sure though.

 

Could it be for a different site? happened to me I set up a couple of wordclouds to build up and just presumed this $5 i got was for a directory with no link. it was for the wordcloud i'd forgot about.

 

This has happened to me also when I launched my second directory. I only realized it after reading the Item no.

 

yup yup - just try to contact them with their paypal'd email to verify which link url they purchased

 

If you are using phpld, the paypal receipt will have an item number on it. You can simply look for an entry with this item number.

If none exists, there is also a field with information about payments, and the information should be there, just look for the item number.

 

Check to make sure youve got the right email address in ADMIN Panel for recieving payments as well as the correct email at PAYPAL
as thats what happened to me the other day after i deleted an email at Paypal.
then when i re added that email at paypal i had a few bucks waiten...lol
You have to make sure that its the same email in your Payment Field in admin panel.

Thats what happened to me and may be the reason...

I think this a phpld bug I too had that problem
the links which were paid did not appear in the approve links section but appeared in the payment section. Also the latest links is not updating for me.

 

Maybe you deleted it accidently as you tried to delete spammy one? I hope it's not phpld bug.

Why would any webhost with the right sense of doing business do that? Any webhost will notify their customer that a roll-back will take place.

But best bet is like you did email the user, they will contact you cause no one likes loosing their money.
