Locked Paypal account-Will they unlock

Hi! I am wondering if anyone knows if paypal will ever reopen a locked account. The situation is that I owed them a small amount of money for some time and it eventually was turned over to NCO. The amount owed was recently paid. Wondering if they will reopen account after they receive payment. Has anyone had this experience? Thank you

 

You may want to contact them as 50% of the locked accounts are permanently locked.

You may want to fax your identity proof, address proof, CC statement etc.

The best option is calling them and get help directly from them.

Personally, I think if you wanted till they turn over to the collection agency, the relationship may be beyond repair. Before that happens, there may be some hope of recovery.

But whatever it is, contact paypal.

 

My account has been locked before so all I did was send them the info and pay the amounts I owed and it was set.

dude once paypal locked your acount ..fax them once the requirement if they still refuce to unlock it!
Then don't waste your time and forget that account!

Yes it happened to me i lost more than $140 in it .....yes i was so close to widthrawal!

 

if your paypal account is limited the they ask only utility bills.. so fax the documents and your account will reopened within two days of time

 

i got one which is still locked, despite sending them evertyhing they wanted ... those overseas fax cost me a bomb ... dont think i wanna be wasting more money calling them ... its only a 100 bucks account ..

 

Yes it happened to me i lost more than $248 in it,yes i was so close to widthrawal!
