Hey all. Tell the world the food you hate to eat but contains vital vitamins, proteins, nutritiants or stuff in it for your body/health!
I hate eating fish but its good for the body... For vitamins, I love fruits and veggies (even spinach) so thats not a problem
Spinach is the best, just add garlic, EVOO and some salt and pepper, yum. I just can't eat baby carrot
How about eating the veggie that looks like a brain filled with way too much "white matter"--Cauliflower!!
I love it, mix veggie (carrot, broccoli, cauliflower and potato) curry casserole. I used to hate a lot of veggie because my mom force me to eat them when i was younger. Actually they don't taste bad, but my mom made me feel like they are bad

It's one of those things I have to be in the mood for. When I am, I seem to eat a lot of it. When I am not, I don't. I compare it to Chineese food.. I love it, but I really, I mean really have to be in the mood for it. I am the same way with Chocolate. I am a sucker for Hershy bars.. Not that 10 inch think bad boys, the old school stuff... Fresh tomatoes, lots of herbs and spices and TONS of fresh garlic, and olive oil.
What's wrong with baby carrots! They're easier to eat than the conventional large ones hhaha Spinach has lots of calcium in it belive it or not!
hmmm. Yeah you are right about ice-cream and dark chocolate. ice-cream contains milk which is vital food/drink but i really don't thikn pizza can be a healthy food, at least not in general terms, i know there aro some vegetable pizza's but even then most of the vitamins and stuff are destroyed in the baking process!
I have Spinach but I think it has lots of Vitamins as I saw that Popeye gets stronger when he eat Spinach lol Also I have all Green Vegetables
i hate vegetable, even my doctor already advise me to eat it. Right now i learn to eat it slow by slow..try to indulge it..huhuhu..(my heart felt so sad to eat it)
that's because you think it is vegetable. All you to do is make them invisible Chop them and stir fried with meat or add them in soup. Buy vegetable noodle/pasta
