payment problem in my directory :(

i just recieved a complain today for payment issue
when the user tried to submit the directory as featured the payment page dint appear at all..

can some one help on this

i have just recieved the same message
that someone submitted and i havent accepted payment
yet its not visable at paypal..??? no clue waiten for thuier responce back

Does this sound like a job for anon to fix?

 

that was odd, I submitted a test listing, and when I hit submit took like 20 seconds then took me to the main page.

 

Try with default templates

 

ill check with default template let me try if it works

 

I am also having Paypament problem issues during last 3 days with my new directory. Most probably --I'll try to re-install the Template again and see how it goes.

 

Same results here for me when I tested it. Sorry I know that's frustrating.

 

oh, that's not good. i see what you are saying.

always as a first suggestion i tell people to check the default template(as vegabond has mentioned)

Then you can start troubleshooting down the line form there.

 

it still doesnt work with default template, would appreciate some help
