    I would rather just boost my router with a hack program...much easier to do and permanent...

    depends on what kind of router you have...I have a linksys 54G...all you have to do is google it and you find lots of programs that just update the Bios of your router...I have had mine out as far as 1.5 miles before, but the router got extremely hot...so I backed it down. I still get 100% signal within .5 mile as I have it now.

    i use a wireless card on my laptop will this still be possible or is this mainly for external routers
